How we work
Small studio, no theatre.
We're a remote team across three countries. The majority of us are in India, some in Vietnam. We rotate — Vietnamese teammates fly to India, Indians fly to Vietnam — because we like each other's cultures and we like long vacations.
Mostly remote, mostly chill
Our team is spread across India, Vietnam and beyond. We get together a few times a year to chill out, eat, and remember why we like each other.
Long vacations, on purpose
We give our people real time off to re-energize back in their home country. Rested people ship better code.
Workaholics, not pretending
There's no fixed working time. Someone on the team is awake 24/7. We genuinely like the work — that's the only reason it works.
Flat, family-shaped
No 'boss vs. employee'. Everyone is equal, communication is open, and we work hard and party harder.
Communication
WhatsApp us. Seriously.
We reply fast and we keep you in the loop. We prefer WhatsApp so the conversation is searchable — we take a lot of calls and we'll forget the details. With a written thread any teammate can read the whole history and follow up without you re-explaining anything.
We're human — sometimes we mess up. When we do, we own it quickly and fix it. If there's any misunderstanding about what you want, we keep asking questions until we hit the exact specification. No "close enough."
